Implementation Roadmap

How We Turn Advanced WoundCare Into an In-House Strength

One

Initial Fit Call

Within two business days of your request, we schedule a discovery call to learn about your facility’s woundcare needs, current team structure, and goals. This conversation is focused on understanding your operations and determining whether our approach aligns with your requirements. We’ll discuss expectations, initial priorities, and answer any questions you have before moving forward.

Two

Agreement & Onboarding

Once we confirm mutual fit, we send you a straightforward service agreement, typically within one business day. We’re ready to respond to any questions or edits from your side. Your internal timeline will determine when the agreement is finalized, and we’ll move as quickly as your team allows to avoid delays.

Three

Program Kickstart

After signing, our team works directly alongside yours to launch the advanced woundcare program in three parallel advisory tracks: business, tech, and process. We develop a customized implementation schedule, including clear milestones for nurse upskilling and progress toward billing and compliance readiness. Our team is prepared to deliver all core elements within 2 weeks, but the overall ramp-up is typically 2–4 weeks depending on your availability and engagement.

04

Product Ordering

We provide hands-on support for integrating ongoing product and biologic ordering into your operations. Our process ensures you have timely access to all necessary woundcare supplies, with regular product requests and deliveries coordinated on a weekly basis. This helps your clinical team maintain continuity and avoid supply interruptions.

05

Ongoing Consultations & Optimization

Post-launch, we remain available for advisory support as your needs change. This includes scheduled check-ins, troubleshooting, and process optimization based on feedback and results. We adapt our involvement to your preferred cadence, helping you sustain program quality and efficiency over time.

Struggling with a stubborn diabetic foot ulcer was incredibly challenging.

When we decided to bring advanced woundcare in-house, I truly worried our team would be overwhelmed. WoundHeroes supported us from the very beginning, helping map our workflows, design a step-by-step training plan, and connect us with reliable billing and compliance partners. Our nurses quickly picked up new skills, and even the most hesitant staff became engaged. Within a few weeks, we were able to treat complex wounds on our own. Our outcomes improved and our nurses are more confident than ever.

Our Team Can Now Manage Complex Wounds With Confidence

As a medical director, I always wanted our rehab center to offer more for our patients with challenging wounds. WoundHeroes took the time to understand our team’s experience and helped us implement evidence-based protocols that fit our workflow. Their tech experts also worked closely with our EMR vendor to make sure everything was set up properly. We now handle more advanced cases on-site, and our clinical team feels equipped to make a real impact.

WoundHeroes Gave Us the Support We Needed to Succeed

When we decided to upgrade our woundcare program, I was concerned about regulatory issues and staff readiness. WoundHeroes connected us with billing and compliance partners who understood our specific needs and guided us through each requirement. Their advisors kept everything organized, so we avoided delays and confusion. Our residents now benefit from faster care, and our staff takes pride in the improvements. I am very helpful for all their support throughout our shared journey.
